Job Description
The operations support strategy of our customer is changing and we are looking for a team
to help us provide the services to meet their changing needs.
The Senior Network Support Engineer is expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
covering the application of campus network technology deployed across the Customer
Group. This covers all customer’s businesses, all Customer’s location (offices, onshore
plants, offshore plants, offices, warehouses, etc.) and various types of projects and support
including capital projects and IT projects. The ideal person possesses strong skills
surrounding the assessment, planning, design, implementation and support of
multiprotocol, multivendor solutions.
The purpose of the network engineer role is be specialized in one or more vertical
technology disciplines but will also be versed in other IT service delivery technologies. The
network engineer performs testing, analysis, and restoration of failed production services to
customers and users. The network engineer will be the key person in the support for all
campus network elements.

Qualifications
Technical MANDATORY:
 Typical Years of Experience: 12-16 – leading and executing Campus Support, project delivery,

5G Senior Consultant

Description: This leader acts as a subject matter expert (SME) for 5G RAN and 5GC Core technologies supporting enterprise customers. With a focus on advanced technologies and cross functional industry experience, this position leads highly complex 5G mobile technology teams developing business solutions in a variety of environments. As a senior consultant, this position reviews and approves sensitive and important customer design decisions prior to implementation in global enterprises. As a leader representing AT&T, this position defines 5G enabled applications solutions, strategies, technology innovation and enterprise architecture services. 

Knowledge: This position supports 5G enabled core activities and reviews system designs in cross functional industries.  The designs and project plans ensure that solutions proposed will exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment. As a 5G Subject Matter Expert, this position supports cross functional technical implementations, security and product workshops, professional services, general assessments, detailed evaluations, and final selections.  This position also supports other 5G enabled professional services engagements and scalability assessment activities. As a program integration manager focused on manufacturing environments, this position coordinates and manages activities of multiple solution providers, partners, and software vendors on large project engagements. ATTC Principal Architect, Contact Center

General Qualifications

A seasoned lead architect with proven presales and delivery experience in complex contact center cloud transformations.  Candidate has deep technical acumen across multiple contact center platforms including Cisco, Genesis and Avaya and has led professional services projects migrating legacy customer environments to CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) cloud communications technologies. 

Role Overview

The AT&T Consulting Principal Architect has several primary responsibilities:

  • Builds immediate customer credibility providing presales support on strategic sales opportunities.  Leads executive customer interactions and can develop and facilitate Whiteboard Sessions and customer workshops.  Is viewed as a Trusted Advisor by customers.  Is directly responsible for driving $3-4M of Consulting revenues.   • 15+ years Contact Center experience, including at least 5 years of consulting or pre-sales engineering experience.
